Cancellation & Refund Policy for Growthhire

At Growthhire, we value our customers and strive to provide the best possible experience. If you need to cancel your subscription or request a refund, please review our policy below.


1. Cancellation Policy

1.1 Subscription Cancellation

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Growthhire Dashboard under the Profile – Billing & Subscription section.
  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
  • After cancellation, you will not be charged for the next cycle, and your access to premium features will be removed after the billing period ends.

1.2 Free Trial Cancellation

  • If you are on a 14-day free trial, you can cancel anytime before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
  • After the free trial expires, your selected paid plan will automatically activate unless canceled. If not selected the 14 day trial will expire automatically.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Eligibility for Refund

We offer a 7-day refund policy for first-time purchases under the following conditions:
You requested the refund within 7 days of payment.
You did not use the service excessively (e.g., processing bulk resumes).
You experienced a technical issue that prevented you from using Growthhire, and our support team was unable to resolve it.

2.2 Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • You forgot to cancel your subscription before renewal.
  • You used Growthhire extensively before requesting a refund.
  • You purchased a quarterly or annual plan and have already used the service for an extended period.
  • Your request is made after 7 days of payment.

3. How to Request a Refund?

  1. Email us at support@growthhire.in with your order details & reason for cancellation.
  2. Our support team will review your request within 3-5 business days.
  3. If eligible, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
